Each service provides a FREE 15 days or 30 days trial usage. You can use it to see if you are totally satisfied with the reports and service they provide and then move on to the paid service. Also it is important to consider which server do you need to monitor, there can be windows based servers that uses Microsoft products like ASP.Net or widely used Linux based servers for PHP. Many network monitoring services supports both the servers.
