I was experimenting with the search engines and i thought why not try searching a list of blogs using comment luv. So i remembered how if you enter the most commonly used phrase or titles used for a plugin from HTML source code, then you can actually find the sites containing those titles.

I thought why not get too specific and enter the HTML snippet in the search engine. I tried Yahoo Search Engine for this search.

So i simply entered alt=”CommentLuv Enabled” title=”CommentLuv Enabled” in Yahoo Search and i got so many hundreds of unique blog list on the results page that were using Comment Luv. What i entered in Yahoo Search was the default HTML used for the Plugin.

Search Engines crawls the entire website content and thats where i took the advantage. Its not exactly the HTML tags, but alt and title tags that defines the element, in this case the Plugin Comment Luv.

The importance of adding alt=” ” title=” “ is that it will show the websites that are actually using the plugin since the SE bots crawls the entire web page Source Code. If i just enter CommentLuv Enabled in the Search, then it will consider the phrase used in titles and display the websites that has CommentLuv Enabled in the title.

So if you want to find a list of blogs using Comment Luv, then simply enter alt=”CommentLuv Enabled” title=”CommentLuv Enabled” in search engines.
