It was very relaxing and I must say that I was revitalized by it. Normally when I work out it makes me tire out and feel ill, but this was a really refreshing workout. I visited a dietitian who suggested an appropriate diet. But it was not about right eating, it was also about exercise. I visited a few gyms and lost a few pounds around three weeks later. But that was not enough I needed to lose weight at a faster rate as I had a lot of flab on me. One of my co-gymers suggested I do a swimming regime and so I read about it and adopted an aquatic workout for the last 2 years and am happy say that now my weight is under control and I am healthy and light.
